言葉を手放し、ただ目の前の一服に身を委ねてください。

一般的な茶道体験では味わえない、
お点前の一連の流れをまるごと体験していただきます。手を動かすと、心の癖やその人それぞれの集中の仕方がよくわかるものです。
禅には「静中動（せいちゅうどう）」という言葉があります。
静けさの中に、すべての動きがあらわれるという意味です。

Through quiet practice, you will naturally notice your habits, your mind,

We have tatami chairs available.
If the seiza style (kneeling on the floor) is uncomfortable, you’re very welcome to join us comfortably.
